I got these last week!

The first couple of days you don’t see much difference as your body is getting used to the tablets, I have been taking as instructed 10 minutes before breakfast and 10 minutes before lunch and in five day I have lost 1.5lbs not bad for the first couple of days! Hopefully the longer I keep taking them the more I will lose! I’ve friend to cut down on the snacks but I have had cheat ones but still loosing some weight Is good!

I have struggled with my weight for years, I'm currently 10st10 at 5'6 and my goal weight is around 9st. I have struggled for ages to get that last few stone off no matter how much I diet. I have been taking the raspberry ketone plus and the colon cleanse together for the past week and admittedly it's very hard to get off the loo the first few days but that calms down, also had minor stomach cramps first couple of days I have to say my stomach feels a lot flatter no bloating and I am starting to see my hip ones again I have lost 5 pounds in the first week so will definitely be continuing to take them, and I've just been taking the recommended dosage on the tub label. Also I've done little to no exercise this week so I may add some in next week and see if that boosts even more weight loss I hope this is of use and just to add I am a genuine customer and thought I would write a review to see if they posted it :) good luck with everybody else's weight loss and stay strong. You will achieve your goal with dedication
